Job Description

Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote; fully onsite for the first 90 days)

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Procurement Buyer to manage procurement activities, strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, and complex purchasing projects. This role focuses on cost savings, supplier performance, quality, and supply chain efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs, quality, and supplier performance.
Manage procurement projects from supplier selection and negotiations through contract management and delivery.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and resolve supply chain issues.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support projects and implement process improvements.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and quality standards.
Monitor supplier performance, purchasing metrics, and procurement processes using data and technology.
Support and guide procurement team members as needed.

Required Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in procurement and project management.
Experience managing complex procurement projects.
Knowledge of procurement strategies, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management.
Must be a U.S. citizen.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
