Our local government client is hiring a Windows 11 Upgrade Technician to support their team in Washington, DC!!
Responsibilities:
- Provide Help Desk support for the Windows operating system, Windows-based applications and databases, and Active Directory (AD) account management.
- Handle workflow management applications such as ZenDesk, ServiceNow, Ivanti, and BMC Helix.
Qualifications:
- Completed ITIL v4 Foundation Certification
- Completed CompTIA A+ Certification
- 5+ years' experience performing Windows OS migrations.
