Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and hospitality spaces to the highest standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish room amenities and supplies
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces throughout assigned areas
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns to supervisors
- Follow proper chemical handling and cleaning product safety procedures
- Respond to guest requests and special housekeeping needs in a timely manner
- Maintain housekeeping cart and equipment in clean, organized condition
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude toward guests and coworkers
