Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Concierge to join our team in Houston, Texas. This Contract position requires someone who is detail oriented and has a strong background in high-end hospitality, capable of delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will uphold elevated service standards, acting as a welcoming presence for employees, clients, and visitors.
Responsibilities:
• Greet employees, clients, and visitors with courtesy and warmth.
• Manage arrivals and provide an attentive front desk presence.
• Escort guests to conference rooms and ensure their needs are anticipated.
• Support event setup, breakdown, and ensure conference rooms are guest-ready.
• Coordinate select events in collaboration with the site lead.
• Maintain an inviting and welcoming front-of-house environment.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing the office with excellence.
• Work closely with onsite Office Services teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Stay organized, proactive, and service-oriented in all tasks.• Proven experience in front-of-house roles within high-end hospitality settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attentive demeanor and strong presentation skills.
• Ability to balance front desk coverage, guest experience, and event support.
• Familiarity with basic computer systems and scheduling tools.
• Capacity to deliver calm and poised service in a detail-oriented environment.
• Leadership experience or exposure to senior hospitality roles is a plus.
• Experience supporting executives, clients, or members is preferred.
