Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong residential and commercial HVAC experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to independently lead service, repair, maintenance, and installation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Perform HVAC system installations and ensure proper operation and performance.
- Lead assigned jobs and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Identify equipment issues and recommend effective repair or replacement solutions.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship, safety, and customer service.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and according to established standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of HVAC experience required.
- Strong residential and commercial HVAC experience.
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC repairs, maintenance, and installations.
- Ability to lead jobs and work independently.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems.
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused approach.
- Valid driver’s license.
