Connect Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator for a manufacturing and distribution facility in Youngwood, PA. This is a temp-to-hire position paying $23/hr, Monday–Friday with occasional evenings and weekends as needed. In this role, you will manage shipping and receiving schedules, bill out trucks with BOL documentation, maintain inventory records across 500+ SKUs, and update customer portals — all from an on-site warehouse setting. This is a cross-functional coordination role with long-term placement potential for the right candidate.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am-4:30pm Evenings and Weekends When Needed

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Planning, Quality, Purchasing, and Transportation teams to ensure accurate and timely movement of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
- Create purchase order (PO) requisitions for recurring services and shipping supplies.
- Maintain and update item master data across 500+ SKUs in ERP systems.
- Enter and update customer inventory data in customer portals.
- Verify and close production jobs with finished goods (FG) and raw inventory review.
- Print shipping paperwork and email Bills of Lading (BOLs) to customers.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing item master data or inventory records across a large SKU count.
- Familiarity with Bills of Lading (BOLs), shipping documentation, and carrier coordination.
- Background in cross-functional coordination between warehouse, production, and procurement teams.
- Experience with customer portal data entry or vendor-managed inventory (VMI) systems.
- Working knowledge of food-safety or manufacturing compliance environments.
- Experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
