REM Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking Outbound Associates to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
The schedules are:
- Thursday–Saturday: 12:00 PM–12:30 AM
- Sunday–Tuesday: 12:00 PM–12:30 AM
- Pay: $18/hour
Job Responsibilities
- Pick products and customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pack orders according to established procedures.
- Move and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Build and handle carts weighing approximately 30–60 lbs.
- May operate or pull a pallet jack as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, fulfillment, picking, or packing experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to approximately 60 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work safely.
Schedule & Environment
This is a hands-on warehouse position requiring regular movement and physical activity. Associates should be prepared to work on their feet and handle packages and carts throughout their shift.
