Mondress Monaco Parr Lockwood PLLC, an employee benefits law firm in downtown Seattle, seeks a smart, friendly, and motivated individual to provide support for our team. The position is 30-40 hours per week. Essential job functions include corresponding with individuals and law firms by phone and email; proofing and editing correspondence and pleadings; sorting, scanning, and distributing mail; organizing and indexing documents; litigation support; maintaining calendars; and other administrative projects as skills and needs allow. The successful employee will interact with co-workers, clients, and third parties in a friendly and timely manner while working independently, taking initiative, problem solving, and prioritizing assignments.
Salary and Benefits: $30 – $32.50 hourly, depending on experience and qualification. Qualifications: Two years of experience working in a professional office environment demonstrating the type of administrative and organizational skills listed above; strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); document management and database familiarity; and strong written and verbal proficiency.
