Job Description
Title : Certified Pesticide Applicator/CDL/Fertilizer
Duration : Permanent Role - Direct Hire 
Pay : $24/hr on W2 
Schedule: Normal: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm Busy Season: Spring and Fall working around 70-80 hours a week Flexible on the schedule during the busy spraying seasons if weather is bad or you worked a lot of hours you can kind of make your own schedule as long as the work gets done during a specific amount of time. Day-to-day duties: Requirements: want someone coming in with a Class A CDL since you have to haul spraying equipment out to the field and that requires a CDL. Willing to train individuals on the applicator portion and other locations would help the individual learn to run those machines. Ideally the individual would have a background in farming/agriculture and experience operating heavy equipment. Spraying and spreading fertilizer/chemicals in the spring and fall General labor work in the offseason Offseason they are hauling commodities over to other locations if they have CDL Light maintenance on equipment and machinery. Operating forklift, moving around inventory Housekeeping (sweeping, shoveling, snow removal, etc.)
