A leading global law firm is seeking an attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience to join its expanding Labor & Employment practice. While prior L&E experience is strongly preferred, candidates with strong general litigation backgrounds are also encouraged to apply. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated matters for major national and international clients.
Remote Labor and Employment Key Responsibilities
- Handle employment-related disputes, including drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery.
- Support litigation teams in hearings, depositions, and mediations.
- Provide day-to-day counseling to employer clients on workplace issues.
- Assist with employment policies, agreements, and compliance matters.
- Work with cross-office teams on national and global client matters.
Remote Labor and Emplyment Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- 5+ years of litigation experience (employment law experience preferred but not required).
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Active license to practice law
- Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote environment.
