Purpose of Role
Responsible for supporting conversion optimization and digital growth efforts. Focuses on conversion optimization, CRO/testing strategies, and growth initiatives to improve acquisition performance. Collaborates across teams to implement data-driven experiments and continuously optimize the customer journey for improved conversion outcomes.
Expectations
- Develops and executes innovative conversion optimization and experimentation strategies across various channels, browsers and over time, over the lifecycle of our customers.
- Establishes a Center of Excellence dedicated to creating high-performing optimization landing pages, employing Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Multivariate Testing (MVT) methodologies.
- Collaborates closely with the paid media team to devise and implement efficient acquisition flows, ensuring a seamless transition from initial engagement to conversion.
- Partners with the product, UX and other teams, contributing insights and expertise to introduce new features specifically designed to drive conversions and enhance the user journey.
- Fosters cross-functional partnerships to align product development with the overarching goal of optimizing the conversion landscape and maximizing growth opportunities.
- Measures, analyzes, and optimizes the performance of conversion pages and surfaces, leveraging data-driven decision-making to drive continuous improvement.
- Leads the development and execution of innovative marketing programs that generate tangible results and drive acquisitions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's Degree
Qualifications – Experience/Skills/Competencies
- Minimum 4 years marketing experience in conversion optimization, CRO, and testing.
- Recent experience with creating and executing successful online marketing and/or product marketing strategies that drive growth.
- Experience in a digital environment (B2B or B2C).
- Track record of delivering digital growth and optimizing programs against key metrics.
- Analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze and present data effectively.
- Tenacity, sense of urgency, and the ability to drive change and make things happen quickly with large, less nimble partners and/or teams.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, with extreme attention to detail.
- Time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is ($77,000- $115,000) inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer.
