🚨 Commercial Litigation Associate | New York (Hybrid) – $235k - $365k

Location/Schedule: New York (Hybrid) Base Salary: Up to $250k+ (aligned with top-tier AmLaw compensation for 2nd–5th year associates, plus performance bonuses) Practice: Commercial Litigation – High-stakes business disputes, complex contract matters, corporate governance, fraud, and bet-the-company litigation for sophisticated domestic and international clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage complex commercial litigation from pleadings through discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Draft high-level briefs, motions, and discovery documents in bet-the-company disputes.
• Conduct depositions, manage experts, and participate in mediations and court appearances.
• Advise clients on litigation strategy, risk assessment, and settlement negotiations.

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):

• JD from an accredited law school and active NY bar.
• 2–5 years of commercial litigation experience at a reputable law firm.
• Strong writing, analytical, and client-facing skills.
