TechSIGINT Analyst – 15+ yrs of Experience - TS/SCI w/Poly Required
Halogen Engineering Group is looking for a TechSIGINT Analyst who will work closely with the software development, systems engineering, and test team to provide signals analysis and subject matter expertise as the team refines and builds applications to enable mission. Experience with ELINT, EWIRDB, and RTM are desired. The candidate should have experience with various enterprise tools. Day to day activities include working with Software Developers and Systems Engineers to refine requirements, provide insight in application design, test developed applications and provide feedback, and work with other SMEs.

Salary Range
The projected compensation range for this position is 190K to 228K (annualized USD).
Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
Requirements
Required Skills
- Experience in the capture and refinement of system requirements to promote a strong alignment of stakeholder needs with development priorities.
- Experience performing user and group training as well as assisting in the development of training materials.
- Experience leading outreach activities to grow the product user community.
- Experience in the development and execution of requirements, test plans and training to ensure the delivery of high-quality software to the user community.
- Experience with legacy TechSIGINT applications such as MARTES, CATS, DEL, PacketSwing, STK, DVT, TASMANIA, CHAUEE , REDHAWK, MEERKAT, and/or ESP.
- At least 15 years of TechSIGINT analysis experience in either ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA, or COMEXT.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus fifteen (15) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
OR
- Nineteen (19) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
