Nurse Practitioner

Location: Corpus Christi Area & Bastrop, TX
Salary: $110,000–$120,000/year + quarterly bonuses starting at $3,000
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Relocation Assistance: Available

Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate Nurse Practitioners to provide primary and acute care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. The role focuses on proactive patient management, chronic disease care, early intervention, and preventing unnecessary hospitalizations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Manage acute conditions and chronic diseases.
• Coordinate care with nursing staff, families, and healthcare providers.
• Monitor changes in patient conditions and promote early intervention.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and educate patients and families.
  

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
• Active Texas Nurse Practitioner license and current certification.
• Active DEA registration.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and communication skills.
• Long-term care experience and bilingual skills preferred.

Schedule & On-Call

• Weekday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, supporting 2–3 facilities.
• Shared call rotation: approximately one weeknight every other week and one weekend every other month.
