Bob King Automotive Collision Center is growing and we are currently seeking an experienced Collision Customer Estimator to join our growing team. Qualified applicants will have demonstrated proficiently in all of the responsibilities outlined below, during their employment with a previous Automotive Collision Center or automotive related industry.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the customers collision center experience from customer inquiry to final repair and invoicing the customer.
- Manage/oversee collision center repairs throughout the process utilizing CCC computer system
- Works directly with insurance companies to insure estimates are approved and repairs are preformed based on the estimates.
- Communicate with customer the status of their vehicle throughout the repair process, keep exceptional customer service top of mind.
- Work directly with Collision Center Manager to ensure that we have all parts available in a timely manner for repairs.
- Collect payment for Collision Center repairs timely and accurately.
- Work directly with the Collision Center Technicians and Painters to ensure work is progressing as expected.
- Work directly with the Collision Center Manager to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Collision Center in order to increase work flow and customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience in estimating, a body shop, auto parts sales or equivalent in automotive is REQUIRED
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time while completing computer work, stand and walk the lot as required when estimating for customers.
- Must be able to withstand a relatively loud work environment.
- People focused and strives to provide great customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
- Proficient computer skills preferred.
- Valid and current Driver's License with ability to maintain a good driving record.
- All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing, which includes a background check and MVR check, to be considered for hire.
