PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

Under general supervision, The Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting and providing a high level of customer service for all Domestic dealer accounts, including national and key accounts. Works closely with our sales reps, customers and end consumers to ensure timely processing of purchase orders, return authorizations, and credits. Will work closely with the supply chain team to ensure that the customers needs are being met in a timely manner. This is a multiple location (Westfield, MA & Suffield, CT) position. The Customer Service Representative will be required to split work hours between each of the facilities. Location schedules are to be determined as business demands.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Order entry for sales orders
  • Return authorization entry and routing for approvals
  • Manage EDI batches for timely processing of purchase orders
  • Processing credits in a timely manner for customers
  • Direct communication with our account base to deliver highest level of customer service possible
  • Manage pending order report to facilitate timely release of orders for shipping
  • Ad Hoc reporting as needed


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent

1-3 years’ experience in sales and/or support environment

Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of outdoor products and industry preferred

Prior experience working with Microsoft Office products

EDI knowledge a plus
