Job DescriptionPosition Overview
You are the primary interface between our data and our decision-makers. You will maintain and update BI dashboards (Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI) for different teams and leaders across iDC. Your mission is to provide clear, actionable insights that help the business grow and help our customers see the value of our proprietary technology.
Key Responsibilities
- BI Dashboard Mastery: Build and maintain high-impact dashboards for Operations, Finance, and Sales leaders using Tableau or PowerBI.
- Proprietary Software Contribution: Help design the dashboard experience for our proprietary customer portals to differentiate iDC from legacy competitors.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Support the C-suite and the PE board with deep-dive analysis on margin performance, labor planning, and carrier efficiency.
- Data Literacy: Act as a champion for data-driven decision-making, helping non-technical users understand and trust our unified data models.
Required Skills & Experience
- BI Tool Expertise: Mastery of Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker; ability to turn complex datasets into intuitive visual stories.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong SQL skills and the ability to interpret trends within the logistics domain (EDI, BoL, Inventory).
- Communication: Ability to translate complex technical findings into "business speak" for stakeholders.
