Network Engineer (Enterprise Infrastructure) – Full-Time

We’re looking for an experienced Network Engineer to support and improve a large, multi-site technology environment. This person will help design and maintain a reliable network, solve complex issues, and take ownership of projects from planning through implementation.
What You’ll Do
- Design, install, and support enterprise routing, switching, and security solutions
- Assist with network architecture updates, capacity planning, and overall infrastructure direction
- Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues across WAN, LAN, wireless, and voice/collaboration systems
- Support network-related projects and recommend practical improvements to stability and performance
- Create and update documentation, standards, and network diagrams
- Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure technical requirements are met
- Contribute to disaster recovery planning and general infrastructure resilience
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on network equipment
- Participate in an on-call rotation to support critical operations across multiple locations
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on network engineering experience in a multi-site or large enterprise environment
- Solid understanding of routing protocols, QoS, WAN technologies, and overall network design
- Experience with modern enterprise networking platforms (SD-WAN, access control, segmentation, etc.)
- Familiarity with next-generation firewalls and cloud networking is helpful
- Comfortable breaking down complex problems and offering workable solutions
- Able to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical groups
- Strong documentation habits and attention to detail
- Relevant networking certifications are preferred but not required

Compensation
This position offers a salary range of $130,000 to $140,000, depending on experience, certifications, and location. A full benefits package is included.
