Overview
Established plaintiff-side personal injury law firm seeks a Medical Malpractice Attorney with 5-12 years of experience to join its litigation team. This role offers meaningful responsibility on complex medical negligence cases in a trial-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Litigate plaintiff-side medical malpractice cases from intake through resolution
- Manage discovery, depositions, motion practice, and expert development
- Work closely with medical experts on liability and damages
- Participate in mediations and jury trials
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Barred in PA, NJ a plus
- 5–12+ years of litigation experience
- Jury trial experience required (meaningful participation; first-chair not required)
- Interest in trial work and courtroom advocacy
- Medical malpractice or complex personal injury experience preferred
Compensation & Schedule
- Base salary starting around $150K, flexible up to $200K
- Hybrid schedule with predictable in-office days 2x per week
