About the Role

Ferocious Media is seeking a, U.S. Based, full-time and experienced, detail-oriented, tech-savvy Onboarding and Implementation Specialist to lead the onboarding and setup of websites and digital marketing campaigns for our clients—primarily in the service trades. You’ll be the driving force behind a smooth transition from sales to execution, ensuring each project is launched with precision and excellence.

This is a fully remote role offering a base salary of $85,000, plus companywide performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and paid holidays.

What You’ll Be Doing

Prospective Client Website & Digital Presence Audits

• Conduct comprehensive audits of prospective clients' existing websites and broader digital footprints to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement. This process includes evaluating key aspects such as user experience, mobile responsiveness, technical SEO, content quality, performance metrics, local listings, GBP, and social media integration. The insights gathered from these audits are synthesized into actionable recommendations that support the sales team in presenting tailored digital marketing solutions aligned with the client's business goals and industry landscape.

Client Onboarding & Discovery

• Working closely with account managers to coordinate and lead onboarding calls with new clients, gathering business goals, brand assets, access credentials, and other essential data

• Clearly document scope, deliverables, and expectations to internal teams

Project Coordination & Execution

• Build and manage timelines for client web projects, working cross-functionally with design, SEO, dev, and paid media teams

• Oversee and/or assist with setup of platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Call Tracking, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM integrations (including ServiceTitan)

Project Management of Website Builds

• Coordinate all phases of a new website build from kickoff, to wireframe, through QA and launch

• Ensure delivery timelines are met, assets are approved, and functionality is tested across desktop and mobile

• Act as the central point of communication for all internal teams involved in design, development, and SEO

• Determine programmatic aspects for each project, including the tools and plugins required for custom websites

Quality Assurance & Launch Readiness

• Review all deliverables (e.g., websites, tracking tools, SEO elements) for accuracy, performance, and alignment with client goals

• Conduct Technical SEO and functionality audits to ensure clean launches

Communication & Handoff

• Ensure seamless transitions to the Account Management and Performance teams with detailed documentation and contextual notes

• Participate in internal kickoff and closeout meetings

Workflow Optimization

• Recommend and refine SOPs to improve onboarding efficiency and client experience

• Leverage ClickUp for task tracking, internal alignment, and client-facing timeline clarity

Role Expectations:

Expertise in WordPress, including experience with plugin configuration, content uploads, and basic troubleshooting

Must be familiar with or willing to learn ServiceTitan, especially how it supports service-based marketing workflows

Experience using ClickUp (or similar task/project management platforms) to drive accountability, transparency, and deadline adherence in a fast paced agency environment

Basic understanding of Local SEO, Technical SEO, and logical site architecture, including:

• Familiarity with ranking factors for local businesses (e.g., Google Business Profile, location-based content)

• Understanding of technical SEO best practices (mobile optimization, metadata, crawlability, schema)

• Ability to create or review logical site maps that prioritize user experience and search visibility

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a team player.

Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Call Tracking Platforms, Meta Business Suite, and related platforms

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable managing multiple onboarding projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
