Plaintiff’s boutique size, Personal Injury Firm seeks a part-time litigation paralegal with a minimum of 2+ years of experience working at a law firm. Candidate must have litigation experience working automobile cases, premises liability cases, workers compensation cases, landlord tenant matters and general litigation. Candidate must have excellent skills in pleading preparation, file organization and follow-up. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

- Must be able to effectively work and communicate as a team player with all levels of attorneys and staff;
- Must be detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills;
- Must exhibit a commitment to completing their daily tasks and meeting deadlines;
- Must have a high degree of initiative and is comfortable asking questions when necessary, in order to complete tasks correctly;
- Must be punctual, responsible and reliable;
- Must have a strong work ethic;
Qualifications:
- Must have a High School Diploma/College Degree
- 2+ years of prior work experience is a MUST
- File Pleadings with E-Courts
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
