As a School Psychologist in this role, you’ll work within a dynamic district setting, supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school (with caseloads typically in buildings spanning two levels). You'll collaborate closely with fellow School Psychologists, teachers, and support staff to advocate for student well-being and academic achievement.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Credentialed or eligible as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with diverse student populations across K–12 preferred
- Strong skills in assessment, consultation, and implementing intervention strategies
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and staff
- Passion for teamwork, growth, and fostering positive school climates
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to identify student needs and develop actionable recommendations
- Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team to create and monitor IEPs and 504 plans
- Provide consultation and support to staff and families on academic and behavioral interventions
- Deliver direct and indirect services to students, focusing on mental health, learning, and social-emotional development
- Participate in district-led professional development and build positive relationships across school sites
