Job Summary
AVODA is seeking a coordinator for our commercial roofing Service Department. A Service Coordinator is responsible for the successful implementation of all AVODA’s repair and maintenance projects. The position is intended to ensure the customer’s expectations are carried out on a weekly basis by completing all tasks set forth by individual properties. You are expected to provide documentation and communication to clients for all work completed in the Service Department. Responsibilities
- Responsible for entering new leads into AVODA's CRM based on information received from the Sales Department, Production Director, and/or directly from the client.
- Coordinating Service Department scheduling as well as scheduled confirmation with clients.
- Continued follow-up on outstanding repair and maintenance leads.
- Track and follow-up on estimates generated by the Service Team.
- Review, execute, and upload service contracts.
- Review material expenses incurred b the service team.
- Review repair estimates and photo reports to communicate directly with clients via phone and email.
- Review labor expenses for completed projects including invoicing, expense reconciliations, etc.
- Act as liaison between Service Team and clients.
- Assist Office Manager with fleet monitoring, maintenance, registration, and renewals.
- Assist Office Manager with administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist Production Director with vehicle material inventory checklists and cleanliness.
