Overview:
Hands-on Lead Baker to oversee from-scratch production, ensure consistency, and train bakery teams across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily production (breads, donuts, pastries)
- Maintain quality and consistency
- Train and mentor teams
- Support multi-unit operations and standards
Requirements:
- 3–7+ years baking experience
- High-volume production background
- Strong fundamentals in dough, proofing, and baking
- Hands-on leadership experience
Compensation:
$75K–$95K (up to ~$100K DOE)
