5x8 Evening Shifts
3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
13-Week Contract

Requirements
Active New York State LPN License – REQUIRED
BLS Certification
Nursing facility / nursing home experience required
EPIC experience required
Ability to work every other weekend
Availability for every other holiday, if needed
