Seeking a full time EXPERIENCED and SKILLED Maintenance Technician for daily repair(s) and maintenance of Commercial and Residential Properties in the Tampa Bay area. Our ideal candidate works independently and is able to manage themselves while completing a wide variety of maintenance tasks.

This is a FULL TIME independent 100% FIELD WORK position, NOT a supervisor position that manages a team.

Responsibilities

HVAC, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL EXPERIENCE

· Daily contact with office to determine schedule for the day.

· Travel to appointments and interact with tenants in a professional and courteous manner.

· Diagnose and maintain homes and commercial buildings by performing a wide variety of repairs.

· Regularly maintain tools & equipment to ensure they are operational when needed.

· Perform other duties as assigned or necessary

Requirements

· Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision

· MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS.

· MUST HAVE A RELIABLE VEHICLE AND VALID DRIVERS LICENSE

· Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a maintenance technician

· Must be able to lift and carry 50+ lbs & work in a variety of weather conditions

· Must be available Monday – Friday (after hours/weekends IN THE EVENT OF EMERGENCIES ONLY)

Skills

Electrical repairs (fixtures, sockets, breakers, etc)

· Plumbing repairs (Toilets, clogs, replacing pipes & sewer lines, etc)

· Appliance repairs

· HVAC Repairs

STRONG troubleshooting protocols and problem-solving skills

· Good understanding and knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing

HVAC certified is a must

· Extensive knowledge of general maintenance repairs

· General maintenance repairs, CARPENTRY, Painting, Drywall, etc

· Must be Organized

Preferred but not required

· Bilingual – speak Spanish

· High School Diploma

· Live in Hillsborough County
