What you’ll do as the Senior Project Architect
- Lead project delivery from schematic design through construction administration, ensuring technical rigor, code compliance, and design integrity.
- Translate client goals into clear design solutions, documentation, and detailing that bid and build cleanly.
- Coordinate and integrate consultant disciplines (MEP, structural, civil, landscape, specialty) across all phases.
- Review and respond to submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, addenda, and bulletins; maintain decisive CA logs.
- Direct production teams, set BIM/CAD standards adherence, and uphold QA/QC processes at each milestone.
- Plan and manage schedules, deliverables, and resources, balancing quality, scope, and budget.
- Present to clients and stakeholders; facilitate work sessions, user groups, and jurisdictional reviews.
- Mentor, delegate, and elevate team members—modeling accountability, craft, and communication.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s (or higher) in Architecture; professional licensure strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of architectural experience with demonstrated project leadership through CA.
- Proven ability to deliver coordinated, constructible documents and details across building types.
- Mastery of codes, specifications, building systems, and permitting pathways.
- Proficiency with Revit/BIM and contemporary documentation workflows; familiarity with QA/QC standards.
- Strong judgment, decision-making, and client-service orientation; calm, organized, and proactive.
- Collaborative mindset with the confidence to lead and the humility to listen.
