Job Description
About the Role
\n
\n
Ahead ABA is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team supporting clients and families across Montgomery County. This is a hybrid, part-time role for someone who wants meaningful clinical work without sacrificing flexibility — you'll be in the field with clients and caregivers, with the option to handle documentation and planning remotely.
\n
\n
You'll be joining a small, clinically-focused team where you're not just a name on a caseload. We care about getting treatment plans right, supporting our RBTs well, and making sure families actually understand and trust the process.

\n
What You'll Do
\n
- \n
- Conduct client assessments (FBAs, skill assessments) and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design and oversee ABA programs, reviewing data regularly and adjusting interventions based on progress
- Provide direct training and support to parents/caregivers so skills generalize outside of sessions
- Supervise and mentor RBTs, including regular fidelity checks and feedback
- Collaborate with schools and other providers on IEP goals and case coordination as needed
- Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation

What We're Looking For

- Current BCBA certification (newly certified BCBAs are welcome to apply)
- Strong grasp of ABA principles and the ability to translate assessment data into practical interventions
- Comfortable training and supervising paraprofessionals
- Clear communicator — with families, with your team, and in your documentation
- Background or coursework touching special education, psychology, or curriculum development is a plus
- Based in or able to travel within Montgomery County, MD

If this sounds like the kind of clinical work you want to be doing — hands-on, well-supported, and genuinely useful to the families you work with — we'd like to hear from you.
