Job Description
We are currently seeking a Safety Manager for our Lewistown, PA manufacturing facility. This is a full-time, salaried position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience.
- Proven experience in a safety management role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, EPA regulations, and workers' compensation laws.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR required; additional EHS-related certifications are a plus.
- Excellent report-writing skills and the ability to conduct root cause analysis and interpret safety-related data.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to effectively train and develop employees on safety protocols.
- Ability to work collaboratively across all departments while maintaining a strong focus on safety initiatives and continuous improvement.
