- Mentorship: Guiding and training less experienced technicians.
- Customer & Team Communication: Explaining technical issues to service advisors and customers clearly.
- Quality & Safety: Ensuring all work meets high standards and following safety protocols.
- Staying Current: Keeping up with new vehicle technologies and manufacturer protocols.
