Basic Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>4+ years of IT experience with strong background in Program/Project Management</li>
<li>2+ years of experience with Change Management</li>
<li>Experience with ServiceNow configuration and functional analysis</li>
<li>Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance</li>
<li>BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field</li>
</ul>
 Additional Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Experience gathering business requirements and translating into functional/technical specifications</li>
<li>Ability to work with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure solution alignment</li>
<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills</li>
<li>Strong time management and problem-solving abilities</li>
<li>U.S. Citizenship required </li>
