Carmel Beach Hotel and L'Auberge Carmel is looking for a full-time Night Auditor to join our teams.

As Night Auditor, you are responsible for providing the hotel, restaurant and spa audits and provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for during their stay with us. The ideal candidate for the Night Auditor position has prior experience in an upscale hotel environment, as well as the following:

• Compiles daily operating reports from PMS information
• Enters daily transactions from PMS to Accounting Program
• Handles Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable coding and logging as needed
• Compiles all end-of-month accounting reports
• Maintain current knowledge of hotel products, procedures, and policies.
• Follows security and safety standards at all times
• Maintains a professional and team-oriented atmosphere
• Maintains excellent standards of Health and Safety
• Performs property security tours throughout the night

Experience with Microsoft Word and excellent working knowledge of Excel is required.
