About the Role:
Noble Community Clinics is seeking a proactive Site Manager to oversee daily operations of a small multidisciplinary clinic. The Site Manager will implement and drive operational plans in alignment with the annual budget and strategic plan while leading teams to achieve results. This role ensures compliance with organizational, state, and federal regulations related to healthcare, quality assurance, safety, and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership within the site to ensure effective, patient-centered operations, optimizing access to care and improving quality of care.
  • Lead, implement, monitor, and evaluate patient experience initiatives including staff rounding, patient rounding, AIDET observations, and patient service recovery.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate clinic activities, establish work schedules, review staffing needs, and supervise/train staff in standards of behavior and patient experience initiatives.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of operational protocols, policies, procedures, and processes, providing guidance and support across areas of responsibility.
  • Manage financial operations, including efficient use of staff, preparation of biweekly payroll, and oversight of equipment and supply acquisition and payment approvals.
  • Complete monthly quality improvement monitoring and evaluate outcomes to continuously improve processes and systems.
  • Demonstrate initiative to improve quality, processes, and customer service, striving to exceed expectations.
  • Establish effective communication mechanisms with staff, providers, and patients to foster trust, teamwork, and staff development.
  • Ensure compliance with CLIA, OSHA, DHS, VFC Safety, Risk Management, HIPAA, and personnel policies.
  • Monitor environmental conditions to protect patient health information.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of potential safety, compliance, legal, and liability issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, preferably in healthcare or a related field
  • 3+ years of management experience in a healthcare environment
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to operate independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
