Compensation:

$97,000 - $225,000 yearly


Responsibilities:

  • Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions.
  • Coordinate with clients to schedule showings that fit their needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed insights on each property, highlighting features that align with client priorities.
  • Communicate promptly and effectively with clients, answering questions and addressing concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions from showing to closing.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market to offer clients the best advice.
  • Utilize feedback from clients to refine showing strategies and enhance client satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring clients feel informed and supported.
  • Proven track record of managing schedules and coordinating multiple appointments seamlessly.
  • Strong knowledge of the Los Angeles-Long Beach-Glendale real estate market and its trends.
  • Ability to provide insightful property tours that align with client needs and preferences.
  • Experience in collaborating with sales teams to ensure smooth transitions from showing to closing.
