We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead critical application development initiatives. This role requires a skilled individual to oversee IT projects aimed at enhancing business operations, improving processes, and ensuring seamless system integrations. The ideal candidate will excel at managing cross-functional teams, driving collaboration, and delivering projects on time and within budget.


Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end IT projects, including application implementations, upgrades, and system integrations, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, sales, finance, and engineering, to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.

• Develop comprehensive project plans that include timelines, resource allocations, and key milestones.

• Analyze and document business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure successful implementation of solutions.

• Identify and mitigate project risks, maintaining business continuity and minimizing disruptions to operations.

• Ensure thorough documentation of technical specifications, business requirements, test plans, and user training materials.

• Monitor and control project scope, managing changes effectively to align with organizational priorities.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments and geographical locations.

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, risk assessments, and milestone achievements.

• Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies, tools, and practices.

• 4+ years of experience in IT project management, particularly in application development and system integration.

• Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate resources effectively.

• Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and information systems such as SAP.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in creating project documentation and plans.

• PMP certification or equivalent project management qualifications.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present updates and risks to stakeholders clearly.

• Experience in risk assessment and developing business continuity plans.
