Job Description
Multi-state design firm is seeking a Transportation Design Lead Engineer to join their team in Little Rock, Arkansas! 
 
Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Lead transportation-related projects (urban/rural highways, interchanges, and municipal highways) </li>
<li>Use technical expertise to provide guidance to the team </li>
<li>Mentor/train junior staff </li>
</ul>
 
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering </li>
<li>6+ years of roadway/highway design experience </li>
<li>PE License </li>
<li>Arkansas DOT and/or Arkansas municipality projects experience preferred </li>
<li>Knowledge of MicroStation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D </li>
</ul>
 
Salary is commensurate with experience.
