Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to administrative tasks. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring smooth communication, and providing support to various departments.
Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized records and files, ensuring easy access to information.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution.
- Provide personal assistant support as needed to executives or team members.
- Handle office management duties including inventory management of supplies.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial record keeping and invoicing.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures is advantageous.
- Proficiency in data entry and administrative tasks is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail are required.
- Experience with phone systems and basic accounting software like QuickBooks is a plus.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
