We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead teams delivering secure, scalable, and innovative client-facing digital platforms.
- Oversee development of Client Portal and LMS platform
- Ensure high-availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), and performance for global scalability and 100K+ concurrent users.
- Platform development using technologies like Salesforce Experience Cloud, Azure-native services, Sitecore XM, and Akamai CDN.
- Embed strong data security and privacy measures aligned with global regulations (e.g., GDPR, SEC).
- Promote Agile and DevOps best practices while fostering an inclusive engineering culture.
- 7+ years of software development experience, 3+ years leading cross-functional engineering teams.
- Expertise with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Azure services, CDN strategies, and LMS platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Onsite in Vancouver WA, (hybrid possible)
Salary Range:$145k-$200k

• At least 7 years of experience in software development.
• A minimum of 3 years leading cross-functional engineering teams.
• Proven expertise in delivering client portals within the financial services industry.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Azure PaaS/IaaS, and enterprise-grade platforms.
• Strong knowledge of high-availability and disaster recovery strategies, secure authentication systems, and CDN technologies like Akamai.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services and global digital platforms.
• Excellent project leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
