Job Description
We are currently seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. The 300+ market-rate apartment community is located in Hamilton Township, NJ (08619).

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion</li>
<li>Estimate time and extent of repairs</li>
<li>Perform routine preventive maintenance</li>
<li>Maintain material and supply inventory</li>
<li>Assist with apartment turns/empties</li>
<li>Carpentry - tile work, appliance repairs</li>
<li>Light plumbing and electrical</li>
<li>Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary</li>
</ul>

<li>Previous experience in multifamily maintenance</li>
<li>Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment</li>
<li>Ability to handle physical workload</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
