Salary Range: $75,000 – $115,000 DOE

Job Description
The Project Management Platform Administrator will oversee Procore and other PMIS tools, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment across capital projects. This is a high-visibility role where your work directly impacts the efficiency and success of multi-million-dollar construction projects.
Key Responsibilities

Configure and administer Procore platforms (users, permissions, templates).

Develop dashboards, custom workflows, and analytics for project teams.

Train staff and provide ongoing support for PMIS adoption.

Integrate systems such as DocuSign, Smartsheet, and Autodesk.

Generate project reports for leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements

Degree: Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, IT, or related field.

Experience: 3–5 years in PMIS administration (Procore preferred).

Technical Skills: Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay apps.

Excellent communication, training, and problem-solving abilities.
