Role OverviewWe’re seeking a full-time Associate Attorney with a passion for Family Law. You’ll work closely with senior attorneys, handle active cases, and provide legal counsel while continuing to grow and develop professionally.
Responsibilities
- Prepare legal documents: contracts, pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, settlements, and orders
- Conduct legal research and attend hearings and other proceedings
- Advise clients, analyze conflicts, and negotiate resolutions
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff for efficient case handling
- Maintain well‑organized client files and case information
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Active Texas law license
- Strong communication, interviewing, research, and writing skills
- Ability to manage a high‑volume caseload in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent time‑management and organizational abilities
- Professional, motivated, team‑oriented, and compassionate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and document management systems
