About the Company



We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Trial Paralegal to support our litigation team in handling high-volume, complex personal injury matters from filing through trial and post-trial. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced trial environment. This role requires hands-on trial preparation experience and strong collaboration with trial attorneys.

Responsibilities



  • Provide comprehensive litigation support to trial attorneys in personal injury cases
  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, discovery responses, and subpoenas
  • Coordinate service, court filings, and calendaring of all deadlines
  • Prepare trial notebooks, exhibit lists, witness lists, and deposition summaries
  • Organize and manage medical records, billing, liens, and damages evidence
  • Assist with deposition scheduling, expert coordination, and trial subpoenas
  • Prepare settlement and mediation materials
  • Assist attorneys during trial, including courtroom support and exhibit management
  • Maintain case organization within the firm’s case management system
  • Communicate professionally with clients, experts, court staff, and opposing counsel



Qualifications



  • Minimum 3–5 years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience
  • Demonstrated trial preparation and in-court trial support experience
  • Strong knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and discovery processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage heavy caseloads and strict deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
