CNA Responsibilities

As a CNA, you will provide compassionate, hands-on care and support to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide day-to-day care, comfort, and support to residents

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:

  • Bathing and personal hygiene

  • Dressing and grooming

  • Feeding and mealtime assistance

  • Toileting and incontinence care

  • Transferring and mobility assistance

• Assist with repositioning and other mobility needs

• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents

• Observe residents and report changes in condition to the appropriate nursing staff

• Communicate respectfully and compassionately with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team

• Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines

• Maintain resident privacy, dignity, and confidentiality

• Perform other duties as assigned

CNA Qualifications

• Current, valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

• Previous CNA experience preferred

• New graduates are welcome to apply!
