The Hotel Front Desk Clerk serves as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage various administrative tasks while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software
  • Answer phone inquiries and provide information about the hotel's services and amenities
  • Manage room reservations and handle cancellations or changes
  • Handle guest requests and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
