Help us keep equipment reliable and facilities welcoming. We have multiple opportunities spanning industrial machinery and building/property care.

Choose your focus (or bring both)If you lean Industrial Equipment:
- Run advanced diagnostics and troubleshoot complex machinery and facility equipment.
- Use blueprints and manuals to dismantle, repair, adjust, and reassemble systems.
- Fabricate components and perform welding when needed.
- Work with production teams to tackle performance issues and boost throughput.
- Maintain a tidy, safety-first work area.
If you lean Facilities & Property:
- Perform routine inspections and preventative work on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Handle general building tasks: painting, drywall repairs, basic carpentry, and fixture installs.
- Uphold property aesthetics across exterior and common spaces.
- Prepare units for move-in and coordinate schedules for quick, quality turnovers.
- Check and maintain safety systems (lighting, sprinklers, fire extinguishers, etc.).
- Respond to service requests promptly and courteously.
Across all roles, you will
- Record work in a digital work order system and keep documentation current.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, teammates, residents, and production staff.
- Coordinate and oversee contractor work for quality and completeness.
- Manage tool and parts inventory to stay ready for the next task.
- Adhere to OSHA and all site safety standards.
- Support preventative maintenance programs.
- Take on additional assignments as needed.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in maintenance, mechanical systems, or facilities operations (preferred).
- Demonstrated skill in diagnosing and fixing diverse equipment and building systems.
- Foundational knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or industrial systems.
- Strong organization and clear communication.
- Independence, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Dedication to safety, quality, and professional conduct.
