Location: Maplewood Apartments
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Temporary with potential for long term or hire
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Technician to support day to day property maintenance operations at a residential community. This role is ideal for a hands on individual with general handyman experience who takes pride in maintaining safe, clean, and functional living environments.
Responsibilities

Perform unit turns, including basic repairs, painting, and cleaning

Pick up and maintain grounds around the property

Complete light electrical and plumbing repairs

Respond to routine maintenance requests

Assist with general upkeep and preventative maintenance tasks

Follow all safety procedures and property guidelines
Qualifications

General handyman or maintenance experience required

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting

Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks

Must pass a background check

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Reporting Structure

Reports onsite to the Property Manager

Pay Details: $18.00 to $26.00 per hour
