  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP license or eligibility for licensure
  • Prior experience in a school setting preferred (CFYs considered)

  • Organizational skills to manage varying caseloads and documentation
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and caregivers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students’ speech and language abilities using standardized assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions for a diverse K-12 population
  • Maintain thorough records and reports in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families regarding progress and intervention strategies
  • Foster a positive, inclusive experience for all students
