O'Meara Ford is seeking an experienced Fleet Service Advisor to join our team in Northglenn, CO. This role is essential in providing exceptional service and support to our fleet clients, ensuring their vehicles are maintained and serviced efficiently. As a Fleet Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for fleet customers, coordinating service schedules, communicating repair needs, and delivering outstanding customer service to uphold the O'Meara Ford commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between fleet customers and the service department.
- Schedule and coordinate fleet vehicle maintenance and repairs in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with technicians to convey customer concerns and service requirements.
- Provide detailed service estimates and explain necessary repairs to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of fleet service orders and warranty work.
- Work closely with fleet managers to ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in managing warranty claims and documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Fleet Service Advisor or in a similar automotive customer service role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of work efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with dealership management systems is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
