Monday-Friday
AM Shift - 8:30AM - 5:00PM
AM Shift - 9:00am - 5:30PM
PM Shift - 5:30PM-2:00AM
Job Description
Pepsi MidAmerica is seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Production Operator to support daily manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for learning and operating various production machines, ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining product quality, and promoting a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities

Learn and operate various production machines and equipment throughout the facility.

Provide coverage for employee breaks and assist in different production areas as needed.

Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and product quality.

Perform routine equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting as trained and authorized.

Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.

Identify and promptly report equipment malfunctions, production delays, safety concerns, or quality issues to the supervisor.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Follow all company safety policies, sanitation procedures, and production guidelines.

Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.

Perform additional production-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.

Ability and willingness to learn multiple production machines and processes.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Dependable, flexible, and willing to assist in multiple production areas.

Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
