Program Support Coordinator
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-5
Pay: $22-24/hr
Contract - November 2 - April 30th
Job Summary
Coordinate and provide professional and administrative support for targeted programs and/or projects and unit initiatives. This position will interact on a regular basis with Faculty and staff.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and provide assistance for meeting and event logistics and scheduling
- Establish schedules, oversee arrangements, and provide logistics support for targeted programs and/or projects and unit initiatives
- Evaluate, assess, and report on the feasibility and sustainability of potential programs, projects and initiatives
- Provide necessary support related to the identification and execution of adopted unit programs/projects and other unit initiatives
- Develop, arrange/coordinate meetings and project materials for distribution, as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Technical Diploma, Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three to five years job related experience
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service and organization skills.
- The ability to prioritize tasks, work independently and/or within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a fast pace environment
- Experience with ServiceNow platform
- Proven experience managing high volume inquiries, tracking requests, and delivering timely updates to stakeholders
- Experience with an education assistance program
- Experience developing and delivering presentations
